Many schools spend hours managing cover teachers, dealing with last-minute issues, and putting out fires. We do things differently. We take care of the busywork on our side, providing highly qualified teachers who fit seamlessly into your school’s schedule, processes, and routines.
Each school we work with has a dedicated line manager to ensure smooth delivery. We provide regular CPD for our staff, carry out termly observations, and complete detailed student reports, so you can track progress without any extra administration. Cover staff are also supplied whenever needed, giving your teachers peace of mind.
Our lesson plans are regularly updated and fully aligned with the national curriculum. We help gifted students achieve academic excellence while encouraging less musically inclined pupils to explore the positive ways music can enhance their daily lives.
